The Frankenmuth Woolen Mill celebrates over 100 years with a major maintenance and repair work continuing. In 1994, basic wiring, electrical and plumbing components were replaced and updated from the 1920's. Space was created on the second floor for storage, shipping and receiving and offices. The retail store was givin a "face lift" where thousands of gorgeous sweaters abound and custom made comforters, pillow shams, dust ruffles and window treatments are the specialty in the Woolen Mill Comforter Shop.
