In 2000, a portion of the wool processing operation was moved into a larger facility adjacent to the Old Mill. The old machinery is still run on Fridays but most of the processing for our wool customers is done in our warehouse. We outgrew the building! In 2001, the Woolen Mill expanded again into the store next door, making the Frankenmuth Woolen Mill truly a part of "Michigan's Little Bavaria."
