NATURAL, EFFICIENT, MODERN...OLD
In 1914 the Woolen Mill grossed approximately $16,500, three years later it increased to $41,000 and in 1918 to $94,000 due to the Mill's contracts to produce products for W.W.1. During W.W.1 and into the early 1920's the Woolen Mill was the largest employer in town employing between 21-25 people. Employees at the Mill recall that their bosses were "honest, very hard working and dedicated men..."
